In the pet’s health record, tap Marker 1⋮ then Marker 2“Stop following”: the pet’s reminders and ongoing treatments stop, and the health record stays intact. In the same place, Marker 3“Delete” erases the whole health record: vaccines, treatments, weigh-ins, photo. Either way, “Undo”, in the message that appears next, takes you back.
