What does Android’s backup keep?

If your phone’s backup is on, Android may keep a copy of your health record, usually once a day, while the phone is charging and on Wi‑Fi. MémoPatte can’t tell whether it’s on. This copy doesn’t include photos, or settings that belong to the phone, like the weight unit. Android only puts it back when MémoPatte is installed, on a new phone for example, and with no guarantee.

So you don’t rely on it, export a copy now and then: Settings › Backup › “Export a copy”, then keep the file somewhere other than your phone (Google Drive, email, a computer).
